CTG-Z Laminar Flow Type Oven

 

Principle of work

◆The air steam passes through the surface of raw material only in traditional level chamber drier . The disadvantage is that the coefficient of heat transfer is low and the utilization factor is poor and the drying time so long . Moreover because of the defect of structure , it can not be in conformity with the requirements of “GMP” . In order to overcome the shortcoming , we designed and developed the penetrating air stream box type drier on the basis of absorbing abroad advanced technology . The principle of work is shown in the figure listed below ;

◆The fresh air is sucked through fan and then filterd through primary , secondary and high efficiency . Therefore the purification reaches to one hundred thousand grades . Through steam heat exchanger , the temperature of air is raised to certain temperature . The heated air is raised to certain temperature . The heated air is purified through filter again and then flows to every layer through left glow divider . It makes the hot air pass through the raw material to be dried evenly . The damp air is sucked from the inclined air channel under the drying tray . Parts of damp air are exhausted out off the oven through centrifuge fan and the other is circle and heated still . In this way the purpose can be realized .

 

Features

  • Because the hot air of each circle is filtered through sub-high or high efficiency filter , it can avoid effectively that the carried raw material in the air is deteriouated and polluted during the period of re-circle and re-heating . It is in conformity with the requriemetns of “GMP” fully .

  • Compared with laminar flow type oven , the dry capacity is higher . The thickness of raw material to be dried is more than times .

  • The dry area is large and the efficiency is high . Compared with level flow type oven , the capacity is more 3-6 times . The cost is lower .

  • It is suitable for all kinds of raw materials having the shape of granule of block drying .

  • It is easy is operation and quick in clean and exchange and low in trouble .

  • There are air filters at inlet and outlet . The raw material to be dried can not be polluted and the quality of raw materials to be dried can not be damaged .

  • The heat source may be steam or electric heater .

Description

   ▲During “GMP” management in pharmaceutical and medical industries ,the aseptic and elimination heat source demand in medicines and their contacting utensils will become more higher .

   ▲The company has painstakingly designed and developed GMH series dry heat sterilization over on the basis of long accumulation of practical experienced in designing and making various electric heating aseptic over ,digestion and absorption of advantages of overseas similar products and combination of our national condition .This device is in conformity with GMP requirement ,thus providing reliable equipment for the pharmaceutical industry at home in GMP reformation .

Principle And Features 

   ▲Take electric energy as heat source (dry heat ) ,it can asepticise at the temperature of 250℃ fir a long time ,thus providing a reliable guarantee for elimination of heat source .

   ▲Working temperature is controlled by designed program of PLC according to request and temperature inside can be ricorded automatically .

   ▲High effective air filters are mounted at sir outlet to prevent the outside from polluting the inside of oven.

   ▲High temperature and efficient filters are installed inside ,through which ,internal circulating hot air is filtered ,thus guaranteeing that he hot air entering into effective space will reach grade 100 in clean requirement .

   ▲Double gates at two different clean areas are controlled by electrical appliance or PLC computer ,thus ensuring the isolation between various clean areas and preventing accidents occurring caused by error operation which results in unconformity with GMP requirement . 

   ▲This device meets GMP spedification ,all components are made from imported stainless steel and welded with argon arc welding .Both internal and external walls are accurately polished .
