Introduction ▲Model GM-250 drying & sterilizing cabinet is an equipment with two functions of drying and sterilizing . ▲Timing for drying or sterilizing can be set up according to demand and operations from drying to sterilizing can be carried out automatically . ▲The heating element of the equipment is far-infrared electric quartz capsule with a maximum temperature of 130℃ ,Temperature can be set up upon requirement and controlled automatically . ▲The equipment is made of stainless steel ,aluminum alloy and chromeplated material ,Polyurethane is used as the heat insulating material and the scaling material is silicone rubber so that inside is clcan and high thermo efficiency is guaranteed . Application This equipment is applicable of drying and sterilizing apparatus and product in hospital , lab ,cafeteria ,as well as pharmaceutical ,chemical and electronic industries . Operation ▲Set “Drying Timing” and “Sterilizing Timing” at the desired figure positions respectively .In case of sterizing application without drying requirement ,set “Drying Timing” at“00” position . ▲Set temperature knob at the required position ,normally at sterilizing temperature position . ▲Switch on the master switch ,the sterilizing operation will be automatically started up after completion of drying ,After sterilizing ,the equipment stops operation automatically . ▲Switch off the master switch and open the door for taking matter out .
Use ▲ This is a far-infrared tunnel drying oven which is widely used for drying sterilizetion of ampoules, bottels vials and other glass vessels in pharmaceutical industry ,as well as for drying matters in chemical ,food and electronis industries. Characteristics of the structure ▲This drying oven is made of lCr18Ni9Ti material or imported stainless steel plate of SUS304 and the conveyer belt is made from stainless steel chain or mesh belt .The driving speed of the belt can be varied steplessly. ▲The heating element of the oven can be either far-infrared quartz heating tube or gold-coated quartz tube upon enduser's demands ,mounted on the top of the oven with adjustable reflecting device for hightening thermal efficiency. ▲The drying oven is equipped with an electric control cabinet which automatically controls the digital indicated temperature at a constant value. ▲A vertical stream of purified air with grade 100 cleanliness is provided at the outlet to cool the matter so as to atrictly keep .it from bacterium and dust . ▲The heat insulating layer inside the over is made of superfine glass wool or aluminium silicate which possesses good heat insulation performance. Operation instructions ▲ Close the main switch and then switch on Auto-heating push-button while set up the required upper and lower limits of temperature .After temperture reaches the contant state , start the driving motor and at the same ,regulate the conveying speed .After that ,start the blower and adjust the blowing flow . The matter shall be carried with stainless steel tray or aluminum plate on the chain or mesh-belt .The heating temperature and driving speed can be adjusted steplessly in accordance with the processing requirement for the purpose of drying and sterilizing.
