Principle of Operation

   ◆After raw material is put into the dryer from one end, it is weltered through ladles that are arranged uniformly in it and spread it uniformly and contact with clockwise (counter clockwise) flow air fully. So it fastens heat conduction for drying. During the period of drying, under the action of incline ladles and hot air flow, its speed of movement can be controlled. After dried, the finished product is discharged through discharged valve.

Scope of Application

• It is suitable for drying raw materials with big granularity and high specific gravity come from chemical industry, mines, metallurgy industry and so on, such as: mine stone, mine residual of blast furnace, coal, metallic powder, phosphorus fertilizer, thiamine and so on;

• It is suitable for drying raw materials of granularity or powder that have special requirement, such as HP vesicant, lees, light calcium carbonate, active white soil, magnetic powder, graphite, medicine residue;

• It is suitable for drying raw materials that need low temperature and in batch continuously.

Uses 

    The machine basic drying to viscosity and paste matters ,in the same cutting all kinds of matters .It is ideal equipment of drying of viscosity and paste matters .

  If requare the lower product water rate ,requare the working efficiency of the machine , take the machine as basic drying , and can drying other way , fluidizde drying ,bipyramidic rotary vacuum drying , hot air circulation drying etc.

Working Principle

   Steam or hot-water pass the hollow cylinder for heating .The volume (1/3) of cylinder immergeing a notch , and running and running ,the wet matters by drying  are putted in the notch ,and rise drying .As running with cylinder in a position ,the knife-blade is come off .
