BM Series Film Evaporator

Use：

It is applicable of concentrating thin solution in pharmaceutical ,food ,chemical ,light and petrochemical industries.

Structrue & Characteristics：

This equipment is composes of evaportor ,vapour liquid separator ,preheater ,simple separator and metering barrel.

With the advantages of high production capacity,high efficiency and shorter matter heating duration, this evaporator is specially applicable to heat sensitive matters.

The contacting area with the matter is made of high-quality stainless steel featuring durable operation and meeting GMP requirements of pharmacy.

Steam vapoured from the matter can be used to preheat the cold matter so that the thermal energy can be fully used.

SJM Series Double-action Up & Down Film Evaporator

Structure & Characteristics

◆The preheated matter is concentrated primarily in the up film evaporator . The separated liquid matter from the primary vapour liquid separator is then concentrated secondarily in down film evaporator . The required concentrated liquid is obtainded through the secondary separator . It is suitable for concentrating the liquied matter with more foam .

◆Energy Saving: Stream generated in the primary concentration is used ad heat source for the secondary concentration and that form the secondary concentration is used for preheating the thin liquid matter so that heat energy is fully used .
